This information is used by American Sofware to maintain the quality of our service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of our website.
If you contact us for customer support through our website, we may request that you provide additional user information relevant to the support requested. This information helps us direct your request and respond more quickly to your needs. Users are under no obligation to provide such information. In addition, we may retain communications relating to customer support, and/or information drawn from such communications, for statistical and/or reference purposes in perpetuity.
