Logility and Its Customers Continue to Receive Industry Recognition

Atlanta, GA (July 31, 2003) Logility (NASDAQ: LGTY), a leading supplier of collaborative solutions to optimize the supply chain, continues to receive recognition for its consistent financial performance. The company has been selected again for three honors – one of Georgia’s 100 Top-Performing Companies (published by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution), one of MSI Magazine’s Top 100 Software Vendors, and one of Inbound Logistics Magazine’s Top 100 Logistics IT companies.

Several Logility customers have also received recent industry honors. More than 25 percent of “The Most Influential Consumer Goods Executives” cited by Consumer Goods Technology Magazine are Logility customers, including VF Corporation, Pfizer and McCormick & Company. Separately, BusinessWeek named Coach, Columbia Sportswear and Donaldson, additional Logility clients, to its list of “2003 Hot Growth Companies.”

“We are delighted at our inclusion on the Georgia’s 100 Top-Performing Companies, MSI and Inbound Logistics lists, and believe it continues to validate a growing market acceptance for our collaborative supply chain solutions that drive a rapid return on investment – which is critical for companies to operate effectively in these challenging economic times,” said Mike Edenfield, Logility President and CEO. “Logility Voyager Solutions? have driven substantial value for our customers through cost reductions, inventory optimization and improved service levels. We are pleased to see the proof of such value in the form of industry recognition and awards not only for Logility, but more importantly for our customers.”
