Customer survey reveals satisfied client base and surge in interest for performance management capabilities in Logility Voyager Solutions
ATLANTA (August 15, 2005) Logility, Inc. (NASDAQ: LGTY), a leading supplier of collaborative solutions to optimize the supply chain, today announced results from its most recent customer satisfaction survey which indicated overall high approval of the Logility support experience and provided insight into the key motivations leading customers to upgrade to the latest version of Logility Voyager Solutions™, including performance management, sales and operations planning, supply optimization, global sourcing and transportation optimization.
Survey results illustrated that Logility customers are pleased by the level of support they received over the past 12 months. Customers were asked to rank Logility support on a scale from one (poor) to ten (outstanding). Over 74 percent of customers gave Logility a rating of nine or above for overall satisfaction with Logility support. Additionally, customers gave an average score of nine or higher for accessibility of the customer support team; product knowledge of the customer support representatives; delivery to expectations; accuracy and completeness of information provided; quality of deliverable for support incidents involving the need for a software correction or enhancement; and courtesy and professionalism. Logility also received an average score of eight or higher for responsiveness to initial incidents and timeliness of follow up; timeliness of problem resolution; and ease of implementation for support incidents involving the need for a software correction or enhancement.
The survey also allowed customers to prioritize their efforts to solve current business challenges by upgrading to the latest version of Logility Voyager Solutions. Over thirty five percent of the survey respondents attributed upgrade efforts to Voyager Solutions’ performance management capabilities that help companies proactively solve supply chain issues by actively monitoring business conditions, measuring key performance indicators and alerting users to a prioritized list of activities. Other areas fueling adoption included flexible demand planning, sales and operations planning, extended supply chain optimization, enhanced transportation planning, and radio frequency identification (RFID) support.
